My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and engaging while my approach is holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
